Air Fryer Healthy Fried Avocado

This was easy and fun to make! Great crunchy snack.

Ingredients

1-2 Avocados - cut into 4-6 slices depending on how large it is

1/2c Panko Bread Crumbs

1t Salt


Directions

  1. Add panko bread crumbs and salt to plate - mix.

  2. Take avocados and carefully push into panko so it sticks to the avocado without using an egg wash.

  3. Add to air fryer and bake for 5-7 minutes.

  4. Add dollop of sriracha when cooled.

Makes 2-3 Servings
