Baked Beef Meatballs

You should always have a homemade meatball stock pile in your freezer. Never know when you need them! Meatballs are super versatile too. You can add different meats, more eggs, no dairy, less breadcrumbs, etc. I’ve even swapped breadcrumbs for quinoa a few times. But here is my go to traditional ground beef meatballs.

Ingredients

1.5lb Ground Beef

1 Egg

1/4-1/2c Parmesan

1/2-1c Breadcrumbs

2T Italian seasoning

1 T Fresh Basil

1/2T Liquid Smoke

1T Worcestershire,

1t Smoked Paprika

Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Put on gloves and form into 1 inch balls and place on a baking sheet.

  3. Bake for 15 minutes. Cook in batches.

*Makes 20 meatballs
