A family holiday tradition!
Ingredients
1 Onion Soup Mix
1c Ketchup
4 Potatoes
6 Carrots
Directions
Preheat oven to 250.
Mix ketchup and onion soup mix in a bowl. Trim brisket fat and lay fat up. Pour sauce over brisket. Cook for 5 hours.
In the last hour add Potatoes and carrots.
