Brussel Sprouts with Pancetta

How do you make a vegetable side dish better?.. Add pork fat. Now this isn't the healthiest side dish, but we can splurge every once in a while.



Ingredients

1 Package Pancetta

1/2lb Brussel Sprouts


Directions

  1. Boil Water and add brussel sprouts. Cook about 7 minutes.

  2. While they are cooking, add pancetta to a warm pan with a splash of oil. Stir occasionally until cooked, about 7 minutes.

  3. Drain brussel sprouts and add to the pan with pancetta.

*Serves 4 people
