Elevate your taco Tuesday with this spicy Cajun style tacos. Start with a corn tortilla, creamy coleslaw, Cajun shrimp and topped with a Smokey garlic sauce, that has a kick!
Ingredients
1/2 lb Shrimp
1/4c Cajun spice
Corn Tortillas
Creamy Coleslaw:
1pkg Coleslaw Mix
3/4c Avocado Mayo
1/3c greek yogurt (or sour cream)
1t Vinegar
1t Sugar
1t Cumin
3/4t Salt
Smokey Garlic Sauce:
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/8 tsp salt
1 lime
Directions
Prep: Make coleslaw and set aside. Make Smokey Garlic Sauce and set aside. Cover shrimp in cajun seasoning.
Cook shrimp on skillet 3 mins per side in oil.
Assemble! Coleslaw down first, shrimp next and top with sauce.
