Make these in a crock pot or oven and enjoy with many different toppings like pico, corn salsa, creamy coleslaw, avocado or peppers and onions.

Ingredients

2lb Pork Shoulder

1 Onion

1 Jalapeño

4 Garlic cloves

1/2c Orange Juice

1T Oregano

2t Cumin

1T Oil

Salt and Pepper

Directions

  1. Rub the pork with the oil, oregano and cumin mixture. Place in crockpot or oven baking dish. Add chopped onion, chopped jalapeño, garlic and orange juice.

  2. If cooking in a crock pot, put it on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours and then another hour on low if needed. If cooking in an oven, cover with foil and cook on 275 for 6-7 hours.

  3. Once cooked, take the pork out and shred it. Add the pork to a baking dish and pour most of the juice over it. Broil the pork for 10 minutes until the top is crispy

  4. Take flour tortillas and cook on a pan until the outside is crispy. Assemble tacos!
