Flavorful, easy meal in under 30 minutes.
Ingredients
6 Chicken Thighs
2c Beef Broth
2c Red Wine
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Package Prosciutto (cut into pieces)
2T Fresh Basil
3 Tomatoes (cut into quarters)
Directions
Brown chicken first over medium heat with 1T Olive oil. 5 minutes per side. Set chicken aside.
Add garlic to same pan and cook until fragrant. Add all other ingredients and let the sauce simmer for 15 minutes (covered).
Add chicken back to the pan until warm - 3 minutes.
If you prefer thicker sauce, mix 2T cornstarch with 2T cold water and add to the sauce.
