We used this as a dip and a topping for tacos!
Ingredients
1 bag frozen roasted corn
1 can of black beans
1/4c red onion (or more)
4 tomatoes, chopped
1/4 Bunch of cilantro, chopped
2t lemon or lime juice
Sprinkle red pepper
Salt and Pepper
Directions
Chop vegetables and put in a bowl.
Let salsa sit in fridge for a few hours to blend the flavors
