Potatoes.. my fav vegetable. Roasted with your favorite herbs. You could also add Parmesan, but it doesn't need it!
Ingredients
1 Package small, colorful potatoes
3T Oil
1T Garlic Cloves, minced
1t Thyme
1t Onion Powder
2t Fresh Sage
Salt & Pepper
Directions
Set oven temp to 400.
Boil potatoes in a big pot until you can poke them with a fork easily. Then move them to a baking sheet. Smash them with a fork.
Mix oil, garlic and herbs in a small bowl. Spread oil over potatoes and mix potatoes around so they are covered.
Cook for 30 minutes. Check after 15 to see if they need flipped.You can also broil for the last 5.
Sprinkle with fresh basil
