Updated: May 3, 2021

Great way of using leftover food or vegetables or if you need an easy appetizer! Use one of those cans of beans you are hording too. Toppings are endless and ready in under 20 minutes.

Ingredients

1/2lb Ground beef

2T Taco Seasoning

Sour Cream

1/2c Cilantro

1/2 Red Onion

1 Jalapeño

1 Bag of Chips (I prefer cantina style)

1/2 Jar of your favorite salsa

1 Can of Beans

1c Cheddar Cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Place chips on a baking tray and set aside

  2. Cook ground beef and taco seasoning on the stove for 8 minutes, until cooked.

  3. Put cheese on top of chips and add any vegetables you want warmed (beans/salsa).

  4. Cook 5-7 minutes or until the cheese has melted. Now top with cooked ground beef, onion, jalapeño, cilantro, sour cream and anything else!

*Makes 6 servings
