Easy Asian Marinated Flank Steak

Our go to versatile steak marinate. So many things go with this recipe!


Ingredients

1/2c Vegetable Oil

1/2c Soy Sauce

1T Sweet Chili Sauce

2t Red Wine Vinegar

2lb Flank Steak


Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a plastic bag or container and keep in refrigerator overnight

  2. Grill steak 4-6 minutes per side. You can also cook on a skillet with high heat oil (ghee)

  3. Let steak rest for 5-10 minutes and cut against the grain.
