Easy Asian Noodles

The recipe below is for vegetables only, but add beef or chicken to this if desired!

Ingredients

2 Packages Udon noodles

1 8ox Package of mushrooms

1/2 Onion

1 Bell Pepper

1/4c Soy Sauce

3T Garlic

2t Hoison Sauce

1t Sesame Oil

2t White Wine

2-3t Cornstarch with water

Salt & Pepper


Directions

  1. Make udon noodles according to package. Drain and set aside.

  2. Add onion, mushroom and bell pepper to medium heat pan with sesame oil - cook for a few minutes.

  3. Make sauce while everything is cooking (omit cornstarch and water). Add sauce to pan with vegetables and cook a few minutes.

  4. Add cornstarch with water to sauce to thicken.

  5. Take pan off of burner. Add cooked noodles and stir until coated in sauce.

*Makes 3 servings
