I am a daily salad eater, so this is my favorite summer grill meal. Serve with any of your favorite salad dressing and toppings.
Ingredients
2 Romaine Stalks
Sunflower Seeds
Croutons
Dressing (Creamy Poppyseed is my fav)
Parmesan Cheese
Seasoning (I prefer a dash of steak seasoning)
A sunny, warm, summer day
Directions
The grill should be on medium. Cut the lettuce stalk direction in half (long ways)
Spray grill down with oil
Place on grill and wait a few minutes. Check often, but this shouldn't need more than 5 minutes! If it is charred a little bit on top, that's good!
Serve on extra plates because you'll need some room to eat it. Top with your favorite salad toppings and dressing.
