This soup is made without cream - read below to see how it's done!
Ingredients
4c Chicken Broth
1 Can Crab
3 Russet Potatoes, you don't need to peel them
1 Onion
1 Can Corn
1/4t Cayenne
5 Strips of bacon, diced
1 Garlic Clove
Directions
Cook chopped bacon until crispy in a pot over medium heat. Remove bacon, but keep bacon fat in pot.
Cook chopped onions and garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth and chopped potatoes. Simmer on medium until the potatoes are cooked.
Use an immersion blender and blend until the soup is creamy.
Add crab, corn, cayenne and bacon. Simmer until warm
