Honey Garlic Chicken (Crockpot)

With optional pineapple!

Ingredients

4-6 Pieces of Chicken Breasts or Thighs

1/3c Soy Sauce

1/3c Honey

1/3c Ketchup

6 Garlic Cloves, minced

1/2t Apple Cider Vinegar

1t Ginger

2 tablespoons cornstarch

Sprinkled sesame seeds

Red Pepper Flakes - optional

Pineapple chunks - optional

Broccoli and Rice


Directions

  1. Place chicken in crockpot. Mix sauce ingredients (minus the cornstarch) and pour over chicken. Put crockpot on low and cook for 6 hours or high for 3.

  2. During the last 10-20 minutes, place pineapple chunks (if using) and Broccoli in crock pot and mix.

  3. Mix cornstarch and water until smooth. Pour in crockpot and mix for 5 minutes until sauce has thickened.

  4. Serve over rice!
