I’ve been testing this marinade on pretty much everything and it’s always a hit! You can marinade your salmon or pour it over right before you bake. Definitely make more sauce while the salmon is cooking, especially if you are enjoying this with a side of rice/quinoa/zoodles.
Ingredients
4 4oz Pieces of Wildcaught Salmon
2T Olive Oil
2T Honey
1T Sriracha
1t Garlic Cloves
Splash of Lemon Juice
Cilantro (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Marinate your salmon in the sauce if you have time, if not, pouring it right before you bake is just fine! Place salmon pieces on a greased baking pan, then add sauce. Bake for 20 minutes.
If needed, make more sauce while the salmon is cooking.
