Honey Sriracha Shrimp over Baked Veggies

Honey Sriracha sauce works with so many other vegetables and fish,

Ingredients

Baked Veggies

1 Cauliflower - chopped

1/2lb Brussel Sprouts

1T Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper


Honey Sriracha Shrimp

1/2lb Shrimp

2T Olive Oil

2T Honey

1T Sriracha

Splash of Lemon Juice

Cilantro (optional)


Directions

  1. Heat oven to 350. Add chopped cauliflower and brussel sprouts. Cover with oil, salt and pepper. Mix. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through until crispy.

  2. Mix sauce ingredients and set aside. Cook shrimp over medium heat on the stove (2 mins per side).

  3. Warm sauce in the microwave or use the shrimp pan. Either way, cover shrimp with sauce.

  4. Assemble!
