Kale Chips

These are one of my favorite snacks because they are crunchy, yet healthy.

Ingredients

2 Bunches of Kale

3T Oil

Red Pepper Flakes

Salt


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 275

  2. Chop Kale into 1 inch pieces and place on a baking sheet. Cover with oil, salt and red pepper flakes. Bake about 20 minutes.
