This recipe can be made under 30 minutes and doesn't disappoint! You can omit the flour and butter if you are being more health conscious too - the flavor is still there. This sauce also pairs well with a vegetable side dish.
Ingredients
4 Chicken Breast (thin pieces)
1/4c Flour
2T lemon pepper seasoning
1/2c Chicken Broth
1 Lemon - sliced
1T butter
2T olive oil
1t lemon juice
Directions
Heat oil on the stove on medium heat. Cut lemon into slices and set aside.
Lightly cover chicken with flour and then cover chicken with lemon pepper seasoning.
Place chicken in pan and cook 3 minutes per side. Remove when cooked through.
Add chicken broth butter, lemon juice, lemon slices, and any more oil until simmering. Add chicken back in and cover in sauce.
