Very little prep time for this meal. They cook very fast if you're looking for a quick main meal.
Ingredients
1lb Shrimp
1/4c Blackened Seasoning
1-2T Olive Oil
1lb Scallops
1 Toasted Nori Sheet
1t Cilantro
1/2t Ginger
1/2t Garlic
1T Oil
Lime Crema
1c Greek Yogurt
1 Lime
1t Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper
Directions
Turn on grill at medium heat and spray down with oil
Put shrimp and scallops on skewers
Mix blackend seasoning and oil and brush over shrimp
Mix crushed, toasted Nori sheet, cilantro, ginger and oil in a bowl. Brush over scallops
Cook 2 minutes per side on grill.
Mix lime crema ingredients together and serve with both!
