Party Pecans

A great salad topper or snack! I make a large batch and freeze them. They don't need time to thaw if you want to use them on the spot.




Ingredients

4+c of Pecans (sometimes I add more base don how coated they are)

2T Melted Butter (any! Vegan or Cows Milk)

2T Worcestershire

1t Liquid Smoke

4T Garlic Powder

4T Onion Powder

1t Sugar

1T Seasoning Salt

1/8t or more Cayenne Pepper


Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 250. Get a baking sheet ready lined with aluminum.

  2. Mix spices together and set aside. Mix butter, liquid smoke and Worcestershire together and set aside. Place pecans in a bowl. Add liquid mixture and coat evenly. Pour half of the spices into the bowl and mix. Then add the other half and mix again

  3. Add to baking sheet and spread evenly. Bake 40 minutes, mixing halfway through

  4. Enjoy!
