Pork Dumplings

So fun to make and feeds a crowd!

Ingredients

1lb Ground Pork

2-4T Soy Sauce

1c Shredded Cabbage

3 Chopped Green Onions

2t Ginger Powder

1T Minced Garlic

1T Sesame Oil

1 Package Wonton Wrappers

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for wonton wrappers.

  2. Place 1-2T of pork mixture onto wonton wrapper. Use a dab of water to close the wonton up. Try to make sure they are secure. Set them aside

  3. Heat sesame oil in a skillet on medium high. Cook them in small batches. Cook them for 2 minutes and then add 1T water to the skillet. Immediately cover skillet to steam. Cook about 5 more minutes until pork is cooked through and bottoms are crispy.

Makes a party's worth!



Pro tip: Use any leftover pork mixture to make a pork bowl with broccoli and rice
