Pork Loin with Teriyaki Glaze

Ingredients

1/2c Teriyaki Sauce (homemade below)

4 Pork Tenderloin

2T Oil (high heat oil, like ghee)


Sauce:

3/4c Soy Sauce

1/2c Brown Sugar

2T Garlic Cloves

1T Ginger, Grated

3T water mixed with 2T cornstarch


Directions

  1. Make sauce and set aside

  2. Cook tenderloins on medium heat until brown on each side - about 7 minutes per side.

  3. Add sauce to pan and cook until warm. Serve with your favorite side. Pairs well with rice.
