Ingredients
1/2c Teriyaki Sauce (homemade below)
4 Pork Tenderloin
2T Oil (high heat oil, like ghee)
Sauce:
3/4c Soy Sauce
1/2c Brown Sugar
2T Garlic Cloves
1T Ginger, Grated
3T water mixed with 2T cornstarch
Directions
Make sauce and set aside
Cook tenderloins on medium heat until brown on each side - about 7 minutes per side.
Add sauce to pan and cook until warm. Serve with your favorite side. Pairs well with rice.
