I love BBQ and I think I was shocked how easy it is to make smoked pulled pork at home! Scroll down to see hows its done.
Ingredients
1 Pork Shoulder
1T Liquid Smoke
1/2c BBQ Rub
Homemade Texas Style BBQ Rub
4t Salt
4T Onion Powder
4T Garlic Powder
1/4c Brown Sugar
4t Adobo Chili Powder
1/4t Cayenne
2t Black Pepper
Directions
Preheat oven 250.
Trim fat off of pork. Cover pork in a little bit of liquid smoke. Rub BBQ Rub all over pork. Place in baking tray and cover. Cook 7 hours.
Take cover off of tray for the last hour. Transfer pork out of tray and chop it up! Take liquid from baking tray and pour a little over - I don't want to drown it in juices.
