Ingredients
1lb Italian Turkey Sausage
1 Onion
1c Broccoli
1 butternut Squash (peeled and diced)
1 Zucchini (or prepared zoodles)
1 Garlic Clove, minced
2t Sage
2t Rosemary
2t Thyme
Red Pepper Flakes
Salt and Pepper
Directions
Prepare your zoodles by spiraling a zucchini.
Add onion and oil to a medium pan on the stove. Add sausage and brown. Also chop it up into smaller pieces. Add garlic and saute. Add butternut squash, cover and cook 5 minutes. Add Broccoli and seasonings. Cover and cook another 5 minutes.
Add Zucchini, cover and cook another 5 minutes.
*Serves 4 people if not making an additional side
