Sausage & Cabbage

Another under 30 minute meal and a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

1lb Sausage (half Italian, half spicy)

1 Head of Cabbage, chopped

1T Butter

Salt & Pepper

Directions

1. Cook Sausage over medium heat and break it up as it cooks. Once brown, add chopped cabbage, butter, salt and pepper. Cook about 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally until the cabbage has wilted.
