Smoked Oven Baked BBQ Brisket

All you need is 10 hours and an oven!

Ingredients

4lb Brisket

2T Liquid Smoke

1 1/2T packed light brown sugar

1T paprika

1tpepper

1t salt

1t onion powder

1T garlic powder

1t cumin

1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper


Directions

  1. Set oven temp to 275

  2. Trim fat from Brisket. Place in a baking pan. Rub liquid smoke all over brisket.

  3. Mix spices and cover brisket in spices. Cover with foil and cook 8-9 hours. Uncover and cook another hour.

*Makes 6-8 Servings
