Tuna Poke Bowl

Restaurant quality poke bowl. Make sure you are getting fresh fish and use within a day or two. You can add any toppings (vegetable or fruit) and make your own sauce.



Ingredients

2 Fresh Ahi Tuna Steaks

1/2c edameme

1c Cooked Quinoa

1 Bell Pepper

1/4c Red Onion

1/4c carrots


Sauce

3T soy sauce

1t siracha


Directions

  1. Mix sauce and set aside.

  2. Cut tuna and assemble vegetables over base. Top with tuna and sauce.

  3. Add spicy mayo and everything seasoning


*Makes two servings. You don't want leftovers with this meal!
