Whole Wheat "Tabbouleh"

Fresh and delicious - made with whole wheat small couscous from Trader Joes!

Ingredients

1c Cooked Whole Wheat Small Couscous

1 Package Cherry Tomatoes - cut in half

1/2c Chopped Parsley

1/2c Olive oil

Salt, Pepper & Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

Za'atar


Directions

  1. Cook couscous according to package and set aside. Wait until cooled to add ingredients

  2. Add cherry tomatoes, parsley, oil and spices - mix.

  3. Enjoy!

*Makes 4 servings
